New Hotchkis springs

So ever since I got my car out of storage I have thought that it sat way too low in the front. The springs had even settled more this winter and I didn't have the look I wanted. So I got another set of Hotchkis springs on the car today, and this time I didn't let grumpy talking into cutting them at all. I know that it will take a little for them to settle. But I just want your opinion, what do you think.

P.S. Sorry I took them with my phone as the sun was going down.

Looks a tad tall in the front...the rear is perfect...imho.
PS what is this storage you speak of.

IIRC, Hotchkis offers a big block AND a small block spring kit for a Chevelle. Which kit number did you use?
Those springs will settle some...but probably not enough for your liking. :( Measure from the top of the wheel well opening to the pavement...both front and back...and post what you've measured.

I've used the Hotchkis and Eibach sping kits before...and prefer the Eibach Pro kits.

I agree it looks a little high in front. Like Bill said, I don't see them settling enough to bring down where it should be.

x3 with the rest of everyone. I had to change mine out twice before I got the correct height. Looked exactly like mine did, it never came down.

I have a small garage and put my car into a car storage facility for the winter. Didn't get it out until May because of the crappy weather.

I was really busy today and didn't have a chance to pull my car out. But I will measure them as soon as I pull it out. I know it looks high in the front, but with as much as it settled last time, we cut 1/2 a coil, I didn't want the same thing to happen again.

I used the set with:
REAR : HOTCHKIS 19930003
FRONT : HOTCHKIS 19830002

The springs you used are listed to lower your car 1" to 1.5" down from stock.

I have Hotchkis 2" lowering springs in my car, fresh installed and hope they settle in a little. I dont have everything mounted under the hood yet, but not a lot left. on 26" tires, the rear fenders are at 25" and the fronts are at 27". if it doesnt settle in, I am just going to put drop spindles in it
