I'm taking a week off from work and going down to Clearwater. Anyone in the area? want to meet up? Let me know

Just down the road from me is MUSCLE CAR CITY. in punta gorda.
Its an old wallmart building...huge....70 plus restored cars.
old time 60s hamburger joint...speed shop...gift shop...etc...its a nice place.
from tampa its maybe an hour and 20.
would be a nice trip for you.

I have seen photos of that collection ,may have to venture down there in Februry in the vert ,it has never been to Florida.

My neighbor has been there, says it's a nice collection and suggested I go. We were going to go when we were down in Ft Meyers but that's when mom went in the hospital and eventually passed away.

Got to meed George Kinney from the facebook chevelle page. he was kind enough to bring out his chevelle and took me for a joy ride and we had a blast!!

George looks like he has an attitude going on in that picture, J/K. It's nice to meet up with other Chevelle owners. I met Rich, Hi-po SS 454 here and on TC, when we were in CA a few years ago. Also met Darren, Camino on TC, when we were in HI. Both great guys and a pleasure to meet them, hope to see them again the future. Don't know though, they're both thousands of miles away.

Nice of George to meet up with you and take you for a ride.

lol nah he can't stand up right he has had to many accidents in his life which leaves him like that. he was a really great guy to meet up with!
