Reveal molding clips?
 

Ray, or anyone else that knows, what are the correct clips for the reveal moldings for windshield and rear window? I've seen several styles from different vendors. My car has 2 styles on both windows, the shorter ones that push down on the pin from the top and a longer one that slides over the pin from the side. They were mixed together on my car, a short than a long than a short etc.

Best I can tell the short ones are correct, is there a reason to use the other style? I'm missing a few and the ones I have are full of paint, urethane and butyl. Some are pretty bent up too, thought I would just replace them all.

I used the clips that were red like shown here. But I also had the other types when my molding seemed to sit to high, so by trying a different clips I was able to adjust the height. I believe the short one are correct, but my vendor told be he had the best luck with the ones I used.
