Rear Brakes

We need a sticky on converting to rear disc brakes. What will interchange, what to do on the proportioning valve, and what MC to use. Anyone out there done this and can offer any advice?

I'm doing a complete 4 disc power conversion right now and my experience is what I do each step of the way. Would be nice to have a sticky, I hear the rear is hard to get right. The front is about done and the rear end is next.
