65 Malibu gas cap
 

Should the gas tank on a 65 be vented? This restored 65 has a new tank with a cap that says not vented. If the tank is vented shouldn't there be a line coming up through the trunk floor and back down under it? Car runs fine but after I put it in the garage on a hot day the tank gurgled a few seconds and it pissed out a few drops of gas at the fuel line/tank connection. I tightened up the clamps. Non-vented is correct. Good lookin car.
