Sad but happy, our youngest is moving on.

Congratulations to Haley. Time to move out into the big bad world, good luck to her.

Thanks guys I am very proud of her, she already has a job at Oakland County Parks as a land steward and responsible for invasive plant species at 17 parks and loves it. I had to teach her how to drive a 4 wheeler so that was fun.

She also has been accepted into apartment in Grand Blanc and gets to move in end of June so we will be empty nesters and now have to decide if we down size or keep this house.

You and your wife raised her well and she is very pretty.

Ric, sell the house and come buy mine. You need all this garage space.

Thanks Flash, I'd like to say she got her looks from me but Hank and Tony would strongly disagree.

So I can drive 70 miles to work everyday vs 30 that would be fun, plus I'm sure your reputation would make if hard for anyone to live in that house, I would love the all the garage space for sure as well as the Nomad which would have to be part of the deal.

So I take it you are ready to pack up for Florida now that you spend some of the winter down there. You'd have to put Air in all the cars to survive for sure.

I like you Ric but I wouldn't want to insult Haley by saying she takes after you. No offense pal, just saying. :butt1:

Drive to work Ric? Oh yeah, I forgot that you have to keep Hank and my checks coming. Maybe you could get a part time job closer to your new home, you know, just to help with gas money and shit.

I'm not moving to Fla yet, just want to get away from people here too, so we're looking for some acreage west of us, close to Perry. Still some pretty isolated property out that way.

Nomad "could" be included in a sale of both these properties we have here.
