New 66 Chevelle member
 

Hi, I’ve been a Chevelle nut since high school but went through a hiatus period when the kids were young. I bought a 67 Conv. in 97 swapped in an LS in 98 and drove it everyday for the next 5 years. Over 100k miles.
I now have a 66 hardtop that is again my everyday driver. This time I went with an LFX V6 in an attempt to get 35 mpg. So far I’m getting a pretty consistent 32.
I’ve been on the “other” Chevelle site for 20+ years but they just went through a major downgrade so I’ll be spending my Chevelle time over here.

My first 5 cars were 66's. Loved them. Nice car.
