I want to say Jeepster.
Been a very long time since I have seen one of those.
They ran from about 1947 (under the Willys badge)to the late 60s early 70s
Way less common than the VW thing.

But hey----I have a 59 Elky and tend to post about experiences with that car.
Most recently, putting a serpintine belt system from a Small block Chevy truck onto the 454 in the Elky-----tired of tossin AC belts----now I gotta redo AC lines and get a new R-4 compressor for the brackets.

Put the same system on my 66 Elky a few weeks ago, no rush on that car, still putting it together.

We have a winner ! :)

Its a 72 Jeep Commando. In 70 AMC bought Jeep from Kaiser and dropped the jeepster name for 72 when they redesigned it.

By the way if you cannot tell I like the more unusual when it comes to vehicles. Early EC's are cool as hell. How about a photo or two.

here are a couple

I really am proud of this car-----was my first major project.
Bought on my 41st B-day----registered to drive on my 46th B-day.
And I did not discover the use of the internet as a tool, until I had finished it.

The 66 Elky is going much smoother and should be ready to use as a commuter by the end of the new year

Now that is a beautiful car/truck. If only they still made body lines like that..
