I think it got under most guys skin right from day one with the NW forum being added, Dean never liked it or wanted it to stay. I think it made things worse when it took off and started growing. There was plenty behind the scenes too, nasty PM's at the start and all. I'm sure he is not a bad guy and alot of emotion and intentions get lost in typing. The issue for some is that a mod needs to use common sense and also follow the rules, but try to take your personal problems out of the decision making when deleting/editing/moving posts just because you don't like thier title (such as Dean's favorite, "X-miss") or the fourm in general.
