The code ED (325hp/manual trans) has been altered to read EG (375hp/manual trans)
You can make out the D very lightly under the G.
Definitely not worth $15k, considering a 325hp car is probably worth about half of a 375hp car when done, and that fraud attempt is permanent.
The matching VIN appears to be legit.
