That's what heated garages are for.
In fact I am on my way out there right now to remove a few parts from a parts car. and reorganize my parts / garage stuff.
-8º outside as I type, but t-shirt and jeans weather in the garage.
I would dread going outside and starting my Diesel pickup right now.
