I am curious as my brother had a 72 gmc sprint, with a bb, th400 and 12 bolt rear it went across the scales at just over 3400. And according to most sites the curb weight was 3350.
The 70 although I have never seen one on a scale is advertised between 3550 and 3800.
And my 64-65 Chevelles never weighed more than 3450 with me in the seat.
Not doubting really I just find it odd how the weights can vary by 600 lbs. 
Oh and my best in a my own cars has been 11.52 @ 124 in my 68 Camaro. I have been faster in a friends dragster. |
