I have a feeling no matter what way you go you would be good at it. If being the manager of the store cuts into your home life and adds stress then that is something you have to really think about. I got out of the office and the management part of the business about a year ago and have never looked back. I enjoy going home not stressed out anymore and my blood pressure went back to normal with the change. I took a cut in pay and could not be happier.
