Tony, sorry I missed you, you were about 7 miles from me.
I did get the door moved up today for a cost of $300.00 it took 2 guys about 3 hours to do it and they had to replace the jack shaft to a older style as the one I had a internal spring. I did not get the garage door opener installed as they wanted $500.00 and I can get a one for under $300 and it looks like a easy install as it hooks to the jackshaft

So far I have $2814 for the lift and garage door being moved and the assembly of the lift so I'm very happy.
