After having a herd of crack heads living next to us for a year Im really thankful for the good neighbors around me most of which are my in laws .The crackheads destroyed a very nice 6 bedroom house ,it would take $50-60,000 to fix it to where it can be lived in again. The owner depended on the rent to make the payment which he never got so he lost the house to forclosure .There were 17 people in that one house and it shows .Im glad you finally have good neighbors and the little one is just a bonus.We have wonderful neighbors now that the crackhouse is empty.
