I take it this is the place, and I have been looking at something like this.
http://jimsamishstructuresandgazebos.com/default.aspx They will only allow me a 10' x10' in our subdivision but that will work for me. A 12'x24' I could get a car in that. What kind of yard prep did you have to do?
