Brian tell her to take the month off, if you can afford it. Take it from experience. 5 years ago I hurt my ankle/foot. I went to one of those emergency clinics and they told me I sprained my ankle. I continued to work, 50+ hours a week as I was the General Manager and I could sit to do some of my work. Well, it didn't get better so I went to a foot doctor and he put me in one of those boots and ordered me to take 6-8 weeks off. I did, but my foot has never been the same. I will always wonder if I had taken all the doctors advice, if things would be different for me now.
