I would weld X braces in the door jambs, and inside the main body to keep it square. Then remove a brace or two to get it to fit. You may need the braces out anyway to get the floor pan to set down in the body and fit exactly how you want it to. My father did a one-piece pan in a 71' SS 454 car he had about 10 years ago. I'll have to call him and ask how he went about it. I do remember him bracing the car up before even removing the old, rotted floor pans though. And he did not remove the bracing until the floors were completely installed.
