The prices are high here as well, I got $1500 more than I expected for my 2008 Impala LTZ when I bought my new car last month, I thought I was going to have to really work to get $7500'for it and they offered $9000 first offer, and the car had $1000 damage to it and needed a windshield replaced.
But now I'm looking for a decent car for my daughter for school and they are high....no good cars in the 6-7 thousand range.
