I want to know too Gary, but I'm not going to lose any sleep worrying about if I am dense or something for not knowing. I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason.
Back to the topic though.....
When hurricane gustav blasted through in the fall of '08, I was graced with the privilege of removing every last drop of property from my mother in law's house...by myself...on about 2 hour's notice. She decided to rent a uhaul, and have her 4 bedroom house emptied into it in a few hours so that in case her place flooded, at least the contents of the house would be okay. It was LOT of crap...4 beds, dressers, dining room set, living room set, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, you know...etc.
Well, when the rain came downstream a few days later her house went under. My sons and I went over to see how bad it was when we heard the little river (about a 9 iron shot away) was coming up. If the floodwater was moving any faster, we'd have needed a boat to get to it. When we got in the house, there was 3 feet of water inside, and the city sewer system had emptied into the house. MMMmmmmmm. We didn't stay long.
