Assuming you're using heads with raised exhaust ports.
Common issue with the headers hitting the steering column. Most guys (including myself) just mark the interfering header tube(s) location, remove the header, and dimple the tube as needed.
Actually can be done easily and still look decent. I use the side of a 2" dia piece of solid brass and smack it with a hammer. Creates a nice clearance radius on the tube.
And it doesn't hurt performance...
