Find someone (Greg W.) with a lathe and turn the shanks down.
I could do it easily if I was still employed.
Better yet...let me go out & measure these.

EDIT...yeah, 5/8" shank with 1/2" threaded end. You're welcome to these if 'ya want them. Mo's have a lathe?
