Well, I THOUGHT I just had the driver's door.

I had about 14" of the quarter panel to finish up, so I wasn't really counting that. Of course under that 14" of quarter panel was a disaster waiting to be found. Some jack hole used a screw type dent puller on a badly damaged area, Instead of fixing it, he created more problems than he solved. The whole area was warped and oil canning. ....BAD. I just gave up and cut that area out and welded in a new patch. The rest of the panel looked like a Ruffles potato chip. It's just about fixed now, though. What a nightmare that "quick surface prep" turned into.
Here's what I found....
It's hard to see, but the metal is still badly dented. The filler was about 1/2" deep in some places.
Here's how I left it....
This was the worst spot. I should've cut the entire quarter panel off with how wavy it was, but I don't have the time or money for that. Some dolly work and some filler got it straightened out to an acceptable level of quality.
Onward to the door. The last panel that needs attention.
