I'm thinking that has something to do with the horn assy. If you have an NPD magazine or Ground Up. Look it up where the steering wheels are. I use to use them for reference when I wasn't sure about a part.
Maybe some can answer the question concerning the horn,
I think there is something that is suppose to be in the plastic tube sticking out...I think a spring and some sort of cap on the spring for horn..can someone answer that?[/QUOTE]
