I've seriously considered selling the house and buying a double wide...complete with fresh gravel all around it.
No mowing.
Then pickup a couple used appliances for the front porch and some cement blocks for my vehicles and I'd be good to go.
Oh yeah, forgot...I'll need a bass boat too.
