Today I picked up my grand daughter Melhoney, who is 7 years old. I asked her if she knew what today was, she said it was Veteran's Day. I then asked her if she knew what that ment.
She said "Grandma, it is the day when we thank all the men in those uniforms cause they went places and fought so that we can be free". From the mouth of babes.
Thank you to all the men and women in the Armed forces, who have given of themselves and made many sacrifices so that we can live in a country like the USA.
