Update on part of this thread. When I was at the NOCC show 2014 on Friday morning I was talking to the guys at the O'Reily's tent and told them about my experience about the oil change and filter.
Found out that the gentleman that I was talking to was a District/Area manager and he did something for me that I never expected. He came over to my car, climbed underneath it and got the filter number off the filter.
Before the end of the day on Friday he walked over to me, handed me 2 bags with 6 qts of Royal Purple and a WIX oil filter. How Awesome !!!!
