I've been working on getting the underneath of the body ready so I can put it on the chassis. The car has a factory? undercoating all over the whole underside and I'd like to get it off but it has been a huge PIA. I'm sure it's what has saved the floor pans from rusting out but it doesn't look good and I'm not planning on driving it inclimate weather so does anyone have a trick to getting this stuff off besides blasting it off? I've use wire wheel on a drill, twisted wire wheel on a grinder and scraping it off. The wire wheels just seem to smear it around. Some of it has flaked off but most of it is stuck like glue. I'm almost to the point of leaving it on there and painting over it since most people won't look under it anyway.
