Mestorod70, My car originally came with a bench seat and had bolt holes in the floor. The bucket seats use studs and the brackets have the studs on them. I found a template online for where the studs are supposed to go, so I just welded the brackets in place. I guess I could have just ran some bolts up through the floor with big washers on them and done about the same thing.

Thanks for the info.
I guess mine had a bench from the factory and someone changed to buckets
with out the brackets.
Knowing that...the console and horseshoe shifter were added too.
