I finally got the trim kit today. Now I have to take it back for a refund. They made the mistake of sending me an email to take a survey about their online sales a few days ago. They didn't get very high marks on that survey.
I did buy a Kohler shower door from Lowes but they ordered that for me in the store. That experience was okay.
