Ya, this deck is kicking my butt. Climbing in and out of the joists. Using hidden fasteners so you can't install them from the top very easy, need to go in from the side. Worst part is every time I get a board or 2 down it starts raining. Gather up my tools and put them away. Then it stops awhile later, rinse, repeat.
The inspector was out yesterday for the electrical. All set to go there, just need to send DTE Energy a check then they'll come out and bury a new line.
