Very well so far, thank you. I am currently down about 30 pounds from my starting weight, actually 29 to be accurate. I run and bike or both every single day, and lift weights every other day as well. My biggest challenge i had to overcome was forcing myself to eat enough calories. With the level of excercise I do, I need about 3400 calories a day to have a 750 calorie a day deficit roughly. I am not a big eater, so for me 3400 calories a day is a ton of food. Once I got my diet plan worked out, the weight pretty much just falls off. Its strange that I have to eat more to weigh less, but thats how it works.
I am hoping to hit about 180 pounds by the end of May or so, then I am going to go back on a gainer diet and pack on more muscle again. I have lost about 14% body fat or so according to my body calipers, and would like to drop another 4-5%. I do know I have lost some muscle size with it from eating too few calories at the begininng, but I can get that back after I am done cutting.
Is anyone else still doing this?
