Dont deny yourself a hamburger. Hamburger is good for you if you get lean beef. Heres what I make all the time, tonights supper as a matter of fact.
I take 2 pounds of 95% lean hamburger, two whole eggs, two cups of finely chopped spinich, and some onion soup mix and mix it all up together in a big bowl. Then I make 6 nice patties out of it and grill them up. Put them between a couple slices of Healthy Life 99% sugar free bread.
I'll tell you what, this makes some of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten in my life, and they are amazingly healthy if you run the numbers. Spinich is a serious power food, and this recipe has so much protein in it your metabolism wont know how high it can go.
