Very good thank you. I am riding typically about 25 miles per day during the week and then doing anywhere between 50 and 70 mile rides on the weekends. I also have taken up running, which I have found to be an excellent way to cross train. My aerobic capacity has gone up incredibly and the power in my legs has as well from the running. So on top of the cycling I now also run 3 miles a day. May 22 I am doing my first 5K running race actually. I know I cant win, but I will be happy to finish anywhere in the pack.
The running has had an amazing effect on my legs, climbing hills with the bike used to be something I dreaded, now I look forward to them and power my way up.
I cant wait for the 150 miler, well actually it will be a 175 miler. I should be 100% ready for it no problem. That ride is July 24th and 25th, then on Aug 22 I am doing a race here called "Race the Lake" and its a 98 mile bike race around the big lake in wisconsin called lake winnebago.
