My brother, Eric, had it happen to him about a month ago. He said that it took him probably a week to get back to normal.

How are you doing flash ? Please take it easy and stay in the air conditioning if possible til you feel better.

Im getting better slowly ,a little everyday. I go back to work tomorrow ,took a sick day friday and Joan had Dr's appointments today .Im finally getting my appetite back and think I finally got re-hydrated even though I was drinking water like a fish continously during the heatwave. I got to where I didnt even like the taste of water and started sipping Gatorade even though I dont like it either .After sipping and finishing many bottles of Gatorade Im doing much better. For a while I had to wrap up in a blanket inside the house as I could not get warm even though it wasnt cold inside and the heat just zapped all my energy .Its nice to feel human again .

Glad to hear you are feeling better. I had it a few years back, it takes a good week to really start feeling like you old self. Need to be cafeful because it seems once you have had it it's easier to have it happen again. I know I'm careful. I always keep a hat on now and have a cool rag handy to help me stay cool.
