Twice in less than a week I got a 2nd chance offer on Ebay. Both items had zero bids until I placed a bid, they had been posted for days. I waited until the last day and placed a bid. Didn't get out bid right away but before it ended. Both times I got a 2nd chance offer a couple of days later. Do these guys have shill bidders and when you don't bite they give you a 2nd chance?
Just seems funny that it happened twice on items that had no bidding going on. |

I lost...er...didn't win an auction a few weeks ago for a bad to the bone chrome dual snorkel air cleaner assembly with all the trimmings. I was shill bidded/auto bidded out of my budget. It really burned me up.

I don't take second chance offers because most of the time it's either a scam or a shill bidder/seller trying to get your highest bid. I would say don't except and just wait for the item to be relisted if you really want it.

Well this last one is for a gauge conversion kit for my dash. My bid was only $5 above the starting price and this guy has sold quite a few. I went ahead and took the 2nd chance on this one. I really want to get this so I can start on my dash. Hope I didn't screw up.
