Default New Fence or Save the drama for yo momma.

I tried to get a surveyor yesterday but couldn't. Well today they beat me to the punch.

In the front fence was on their side a 1/4 inch. OOOO crushing blow for the home team. The suspense builds. Can't find the marker in question.

I got my chair and popcorn when they start surveying the hard way. Second marker score a foot off. Last and final marker a foot and a half off. It was in the tree at the end of the run.Through the goalpost all trees are mine.

Not sure I understand the whole situation behind the survey but if you're okay with where the fence is I'd leave it.

Bases of the trees were across the fence line on the other side
They wanted to cut all the trees in my yard. They extend halfway across the back yard. There is a canopy of trees back there. If they do that the partial shade flowers die. The temps go up 20 degrees. It is a very steep hill and these trees are keeping the yard from washing away. Bottom line they are my trees and I want them there. I bought the place because it had them.

Base of the trees were on their side of the fence. Which "IF" the fence was correct gives them the right to cut them all down. Which it was not. All trees are on my property.

They wanted to cut the trees and put up a new fence. I said they could leave the fence where it is leave the trees. She got in my face and said she is cutting them and there was nothing i could do. Survey was to show there was something I could do. Tress are not being cut. They were informed yesterday.

So to avoid future issues just move the fence where it belongs. They selling the house and I would have to go through it all over again with the next people if they wanted to cut them down.

They moved in and just want to flip the house for a profit. The other 2 neibors involved with adjoining properties want the trees. Unfortunately for me the task of keeping them fell on me. We have all been planting additional trees for years. We do no want them gone.

Okay, now I understand the situation. Yea, the trees are important to you so move the fence to the property line. Like you said you don't want to go through this again with a new owner. Like I said in another post "It's always something"
