Default Leaving for a few days

Headed to L.A. tomorrow A.M. and will be gone until Tuesday evening. Yes, we are driving and it will take 12 hours.

Our niece is graduating from High School with her 4.0 average and mega awards for her track and field abilities. Then, off to Pueblo, Colorado for college in the fall.

And she is a beauty on top of all that!

We are proud of her - but she wants to become a lawyer..... eek!

I can just hear it...

"We've got a long ways to go and a short time to get there..."

Drive carefully and have a good trip. You'll be jonesing to get online in a day or two. You'll be looking for a computer to "borrow" so you can see whats going on here.

Have good trip Mike and be safe. We'll try to keep things together while you're gone.

You know it is very important that you go to your nieces graduation. It sounds like she is a smart young lady who is lucky to have a family who knows how important it is to show her your support. I have had 3 kids graduate from HS and I have seen kids who have had maybe two family members come to the ceremony. Even now, working with some HS seniors, they would tell me that family members just sent money cause they don't have time to go to their graduation, and it hurts their feelings.

Have a safe trip and remember to have fun.
