Losing ones parents is a very hard thing to go through. I never would have thought in a million years by the time I turned 34 years old I would know far too well the pain of losing both my parents.

Life is a strange thing. Everyday you wake up is a blessing, and you darn sure never know what the next second may bring. Just when you think you can get cocky and proclaim to have figured it out, life knocks you right back down into your place by throwing you a curveball you just couldnt see coming. Your wife will get through it Mike, it takes lots of time, and the pain never truely goes away. For me, the dedication to make myself as healthy as possible and do things with my body, endurance events, that many others couldnt do is how I get through it. Its my dedication to try to be around as long as I physically can for my girls.
