Had to turn on the furnace today
I held out as long as I could. But the temp in the house was at 62 degrees at 4pm, David was shivering and the kids lips were turning blue, so I figured I would break down and turn it on. Little do they know that I still have the thermostat set at 68 degrees.

Still have my air conditioning on in the house....although it has cooled off the past week or two. Around the mid 80's today.....very comfy for a Chevelle ride, with no A/C.

I just brought some wood in and lit a fire. I was outside a lot today and it was cold, the fire feels good. Hope this cold snap is short lived, I'm not quite ready for winter yet.

I turned the heat off for today, we will see if grumpy turns it back on. We are supposed to hit the low 40's tonight.
