Had to pass on a 1964 Chevelle today, the guy selling it was full of BS.Said it was a good looking car.I called on it yesterday and looked at it today.Wanted $15,000.00 for it and have been educated very well looking at one.Stuck a magnet to the body and fell off, nothing but a bondo bucket.Crappy paint job too, looked like someone took a grinder to it.Did hear it run too, smoked and I knew the engine,a 327 needed rebuilt which the engine compartment was very grubby.I knew it was too much work and my friend Douglass would not be too happy whom owns his own shop.I am taking my time looking for one and not in a rush.I walked off telling the guy he is asking way too much for it and I left.

My law partner Rodney gave me some hope when I came back not too happy.Knows a good friend his that has one for sale and sees him on Wendsday night.Said I might be interested in it,a custom built black 1964 with a heavily built 383 stroker and was built a year ago, with a picture book when it was built.
