Default noob bumper question

ok i just got my bumper brackets in the mail and a few other parts. I wanted to know how does the 69 bumper brackets get installed? i was hoping for some instructions but it didnt come with any

You should probably crawl up under one of your buddy's chevelles and take a couple photo's for reference

no one around me has a 60's chevelle they all have 70 and up which are different bumpers

As I recall, they only can go on one way. The straight brackets get put on the bumper with the flat side toward the frame rail. (on the outside of the frame rail.) The angled bracket gets put outside of the straight bracket and lines up with the holes farther out on the bumper. It has the same mounting set up as the front. You can look up there for a reference.
