I dont think its creative at all ,I think someone drank way to much and didnt sober up before they started playing with their cars .They dont have to worry about resale value or theft though.

The plywood spoilers and exhaust pipe pipe organs come from Japan. The trend is called Bosozoku. The insane negative camber is new. I think that's Japan or Europe.
