Back at doctors

Found myself calling my doctor late this afternoon with chest pains. Blood pressure was back up to unsafe level again. Not sure what is causing the spike. Been fine for the last few months. Looks like rest this weekend and monitoring it to get it to come down to a safe level. Luckly not heart issue.

Take care of yourself Ray. Have you been over doing it? Under stress for some reason? High blood pressure is a silent killer.

Came alot, but not down where the doctor would like it yet. Been very busy weekend. Work on rebuilding together project yesterday and mowed all the lawns today, Doctor wants me to get more exercise and watch what I'm eating. Need to lose another 20 pounds.

hey man take care of yourself! if you need help with the weight lose i have a website that can help you keep track of all that. and if you have a smartphone it will help you even more! i am down from 311 to 289 in about 2 months. working out 3 times a week lowering my cal intake and really making better choices for myself. My mom was in the same boat as you needing to loose 20 pounds to get her blood pressure down and the doctor gave her a pill and she said that pill curved her hunger and she ate better ended up loosing 41 pounds and now back to her former self before she had me and my brother 34 years ago...lol
