Thumbs up The Blue Angels just flew into town!

And what an awesome sight they are! An airshow is in Latrobe this weekend, and living on top of a hill has its advantages, front row seats! These guys give me chills, and I commend them for serving under a communist commander in chief.Could this possibly be the last year they are together? Quite possibly if the Nazi gets reelected,so I will enjoy the show.

That I will my friend! Watching them reminds me of how great our country once was,and hopefully can be once again.Sometimes I wish I was older so I could have lived in the fiftys. But I grew up in the sixtys, which was great for a car nut.I was fortunate to live and work during the Reagan years, our greatest president.I really feel bad for our children having to grow up in this politically correct society, and being educated in a socialist school system. My daughter when she was in college had to be a closet conservative and the Young Republicans had to meet off campus.Like the lyrics in the Who song,my generation,I hope I die before I get old, never has more meaning than it does today.Rant over.

My sister lives not too far from Selfridge National Guard Base here in Michigan. Every time we visit her house we get an air show, and many time we sit at her house when the Blue Angels are doing air shows at Selfridge. They are so cool to watch, and even better when you can watch them from the comforts of a home, not in the middle of a field in the blazing sun. So enjoy grandsport.

And your rant was not bad.....I kinda liked it.

Lets pray for a SAFE, entertaining show.

The last time I saw the Blue Angles perform was in Niagara Falls in 1985...they flew A-4 at the time.
Two aircraft collided...one pilot ejected; another was killed.

Very upsetting for me to witness and I haven't been able to attend another air show since...

The Blue Angles always put a great show on. I've gone to 2 shows and my buddy that I grew up with was commander for the blue angles for 2 years. I have pictures with me and my family in front of his plane with all the other blue angles standing on both sides of us. He's not with them any more since they only allow you to be there for 2 years.
