Default I'm Stoked

Just got the plans to change my 1960's house into a new house. Since I have owned the house since 1990 and only 3 years away to have it payed off decided to make some changes (Cheaper then buying another house and we live on a large 1/3 acre lot). Adding 16 feet onto the garage to make it a 4 car garage and moving a front wall out four feet under the existing overhang and a new entryway. Also the living room, dinning room and kitchen become a new great room area. It was a simple looking tri level house before. The two stalls in the back of the garage are for the chevelle and some toys.

Ray, very cool things for you and things for the wife...when we build our house in 2002 we did a 4 car garage and it's too small now....time to get rid of the riding lawnmower and snow blower and hire it out so I have more room. Good luck on your project.

Good for you Ray,I am a little jealous. My plans were something similar to that now that my money pit has moved out,but something always gums up the works for me.

I need to get a few bids for some of the work. I will do most of the work myself with some help from a few friends. But first the Chevelle need to get completed.

Thats going to be nice Ray. We keep looking at our house, trying to figure out how to get more garage. House is a tri-level also but garage is on side. I think tear down the shed and build a second garage is the only option.
