Default It runs

Engine was fired this afternoon and it runs great. The unfortunate part it was a day late getting it ready and I'm out of town for the next ten day so I won't get to here it run until the 1st of sept. The only glitch is the clutch for the clutch fan is not work properly. Need to find someone who can rebuild it. Motor was run for half hour to help break it in some.

Here's the motor on the test stand. Still needs to be painted before it goes in the car. Wanted to make sure we had no leaks first.

Man I hope one day I'll be able to get to that point. Right now I'm at work but when I get home I'll be cleaning up the massive amounts of water in my garage thanks to Hurricane Irene... It'll take me a little while to get things cleaned up and get back to work. I got some trees down on my driveway side that need to be cleaned up. I wanted to do something about them anyway so once they are chopped up and the power is back on I'll be in business.
