Default The Nova is listed with a broker now.

This is important for two reasons.

1: It will give the Chevelle an indoor parking space and I'll be able to take the tent down before the winter weather gets here.

2: We'll be that much closer to buying a place of our own. I'm really sick of renting and would like a place I can do what I want to with.

After I sell the Nova, the Corvette and my property in Tennessee, we'll be able to put a sizable down payment on a house or buy some land outright here locally.

Good luck, owning your own home comes with a lot of responsibilities but at least it's yours.

I'm not worried about the responsibility part. I've owned my own home before, but moved around so much, it wasn't worth owning a home. Besides, most of the rental properties I've lived in, I took care of all the repairs anyway. I just billed the landlord or took it off the rent.

I was going to try selling my 55 through a broker but could not find one with indoor storage as my insurance wont cover theft or damage if kept outside .Good luck with the sale and its NOT UGLY .

Might want to consider using that car as partial trade for your house .... alot of people are comprimising to sell their homes. Its a buyers market.

This broker just leaves the car and title in my possesion. I guess he's trusting me not to shaft him. Besides, I signed a contract with him. He has a legal right to sue me if I try to. I have no intention, I just want my car sold. I tried trading for something easier to sell or an actual plot of ground or house. No bites. People need money, I guess. Worst case is I don't sell it and I get to keep the car. It'll just take a little longer to get a place.
