Default An example of how screwed up the car market is

Yesterday I seen it all. I watched an '05 Pontiac Aztek sell for $8100 plus buyers fee. That is total insanity, yes it was AWD BUT I DON'T CARE. I really hope new cars start selling again so the used market calms down a little.

Used car prices went nuts in the greater Detroit area when the economy tanked. I was looking at several and told em all to piss off for that much.

Can't see why anyone would buy a new Aztec let alone a used one. That thing looks like a big mistake.

Oops the hatch doesn't come all the way done in back. Somebody's blueprints are wrong! No problem we'll just stuff in this little piece here and call it good.

Didn't they have to discount them $8100 when new just to get them off the lot?

Its the AWD that no doubt made someone want to pay that kind of money.

Those are a car that only a mother could love. Although many years ago, someone posted a souped up hot rodded Aztek that was a big improvement in the looks dept but it was still an Aztek in the end. I havent seen those pics in many many years now.
