I fired up the new flux capacitor in my truck and took a trip back to 1962. There's a spot on the original route 66 in western Missouri that has been restored and the road itself has never been re-paved or re-covered. It's almost eerie how time has forgotten this 1/2 mile stretch of the mother road.

The thought crossed my mind. I want to get a couple larger prints made, like a 12"x18" or something like that. I can't wait to get the Chevelle painted and go back there. I think a couple good shots like that would be super cool to hang in the "man cave".
